Stay & reservation policy at Holiday Villa Thassos

A reservation is confirmed after receipt of a 30% advance payment.

The remaining balance is paid before check-in.

Payments may be made by bank transfer, bank card or another pre-agreed method.

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before the arrival date.

For cancellations within 60 days before arrival, the full reservation amount is due.

In case of no-show, 100% of the amount is retained.

Date changes are accepted subject to availability and do not guarantee the original price.

Check-in: from 14:00 to 20:30.

Check-out: until 10:30.

Early check-in or late check-out is provided when possible and may be charged additionally.

Important rules for public order and quiet hours

Dear guests, please note that in Greece the law strictly regulates quiet hours during the summer season (from 1 April to 30 September). To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please observe the following rules:

Summer quiet hours — afternoon rest: 15:00 – 17:30.

Summer quiet hours — night rest: 23:00 – 07:00.

During these hours the following is strictly prohibited: loud talking, shouting, loud music or television (in rooms as well as on terraces and in the yard), noisy parties and the use of noisy appliances.

Legal consequences: local authorities impose strict sanctions for noise violations, including fines. Please respect the peace of other guests and neighbours.

Each apartment/studio has a strictly defined maximum capacity.

Additional guests may stay only with prior approval.

Pets are NOT accepted.

Cleaning is carried out every day, and linen is changed every 3 nights.

Guests must take care of the property and report any damage.

Damage caused during the stay is charged after assessment and valuation.

The villa has security systems and video surveillance in common outdoor areas.

The owner is not responsible for lost or unattended personal belongings.

Guests must lock the premises when leaving.

All prices are in euros and include tourist taxes.

Additional services are paid on site.
